Absolutely killed this tonight. Amazed at how quickly my fitness is progressing. My cardio is RIGHT up and I smashed this. Started with a 500m run and a massive warm up (tonight’s coach is always a KILLER before and after) lunges, sit-ups, running, burpees, sprints etc. I really tried hard through this WOD, was one of the first girls to finish and was super proud of my effort. Just on 21mins to complete. Feeling a lot better about myself now. So many personal things and a bunch of horrible, horrible times including one of the WORST breakdowns I’ve had in years. Feeling great, feeling strong and closing in on the final days of the Whole30. Also got my full licence yesterday, which is fantastic. So happy to have passed on my first go!
